1. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA only)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers may normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. However, the directive allows an exception for “digital content not supplied on a tangible medium” once download or streaming begins, provided the consumer gave prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. Because our licence keys are delivered instantly and become permanently tied to your Microsoft account at first use, the statutory withdrawal right ends as soon as the key is displayed or emailed.
2. No returns on activated keys

3. Faulty or non-working keys
If a key fails to activate and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours, you may choose between

full refund to the original payment method.

5. Payment-provider protections

6. Chargebacks and fraud
